Asset Details
A redesigned asset detail experience that brings content, metadata, and performance together on one screen.
- Three-pane workspace covering the document, its attributes, and its properties
- Inline editing for descriptions and AI summaries, now rendered as rich markdown

- Tags, collections, detected colors, detected objects, and file details at a glance

Trash and Restore
- Deleted assets now move to a trash bin instead of disappearing immediately
- Admins can search trashed assets, restore them, or permanently delete them
- Configurable company retention window, with assets purged automatically once it elapses
- Each trashed asset shows who deleted it and when it will be purged
- Trashed assets stay out of search, Myca, and MCP results
Asset Approval Workflows
- Optional approval workflow for newly uploaded assets
- Assets carry a Ready, In Review, or Needs Update status
- Admins are notified when assets are waiting for approval
- Filter search results by asset status
Email Verification for Content Rooms
- New access mode for content rooms and external shares: recipients verify with a one-time code sent to their email
